    "I’m a little bummed after high expectations. The rooftop was closed both nights of our stay due to party reservations. Also, our room was a bunk bed room, which I didn’t expect at all— it felt very summer campy. Furthermore, we were in the basement with two outside walls, so it was very loud. We were awaken on Monday morning at 8:00am exactly to a pressure washer right outside my window. Definitely didn’t feel luxurious. Staff and service was great though. The Valet guys were awesome!!!"
