"We had a wonderful stay. Check-in was a breeze, with Liam being so friendly and helpful, not to mention the fact that we had been upgraded! The room was gorgeous and we made good use of the bathtub. The only blemish on our stay was the fact that the Chromecast didn’t work, however that wasn’t enough to ruin the trip (by a long way). Will return!"

"Hotel was a good base, friendly staff and cleaners. Room was a good size with ironing facilities and coffee/tea and a packet of biscuits usually per day ( did have to go to reception a few times as hadnt been left enough). Pool area was clean and quiet, there had been a canopy allowing shade but this was blown down in a storm. My big problem was I had a bill at the end of my stay (was there from 30.01.24 to 28.02.24). I had been under the impression that I had booked bed and breakfast I went to...

"Our executive suite was spacious, luxurious and an absolute delight to enjoy. We loved the bathtub, the bed and the balcony. We felt like Parisians being able to walk everywhere - from exercising around the Botanical Gardens to fine dining down Toorak Road and splurging on Chapel St. We loved our stay at the Lyall. It was the best wedding anniversary we experienced- and we’ve had 17 so far!"
