### Casa Jade - Appt pour 4

In the commune of Fitou, the Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 35 m² apartment and swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room. You'll also enjoy a 300 m² garden. We're waiting for you!  
  
The apartment is composed as follows :  
\- 20 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and access to terrace  
\- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...  
\- Bedroom with double bed (140×190) and TV  
\- A bathroom with shower and WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, fan.  
  
Outside :  
 \- A shared swimming pool (8×4) with a maximum depth of 1.70 meters, unheated, secured by a gate that must remain closed at all times. Open from June 1 to September 30\. Opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions. Sun loungers and an outdoor shower are available.  
\- A 10 m² private terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.  
\- A 300 m² south-facing garden planted with trees, shared with an adjoining apartment.   
  
The apartment is ideally located in Fitou, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...  
  
Activities:  
\- Activities on the Corbières side: hiking, canyoning, kayaking, quad biking, paragliding, visits to Catalan heritage sites (fortress, vineyards) etc...  
\- Seaside activities: jet skiing, boating, relaxing on the beach, water sports, parasailing, water park...  
\- Events : Les Gouffres des Corbières, La réserve de Sigean, Electrobeach in July...  
\- Spain 20 min by car  
  
Transportation :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot (1 vehicle) accessible via a gate with digicode, or in the public parking lot.   
  
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:  
\- Nearest train station: Perpignan, approx. 28 km (27 min by car)  
\- Nearest airport: Perpignan, approx. 26 km (26 min by car)  
Use of car is essential to enjoy your stay
