"The room was ok but the corridor outside our room was like a construction site. Ordered food in the restaurant, they took my roomnumber and said they would deliver it. Waited almost one hour, went downstairs to find out about my food, different staff claiming they don’t deliver to rooms. Got my food but it was kinda cold. I stayed in this hotel a few times already and something has really changed, not for the better."

"We opted to stay in Barrel Factory room. What a huge disappointment! I would NOT RECOMMEND staying in Barrel Factory. You don’t even feel like you are a part of the hotel as you have to go to different bldg that looks old and run down. The staff was giving directions how to get there and finally decided to show us (good thing because we would not have found door on side). The room is pretty much just a bed (with no headboard) and old little couch and table that is so scratched. See...
