This is a cool hotel with serviceable but very cheerfully decorated rooms and lots of very convenient aspects. If you don't like dealing with other human beings, it's perfect. But if you like a personal touch, you might be weirded out by the AI-like system where you text your issues to a number that responds very quickly and is very friendly. But not necessarily human. ;). Maybe this is the wave of the future. Anyway it's a great concept and it worked very well for us -- especially considering the affordable rates!

"Room was tidied up on Saturday after I got the attention of the housekeeper and that’s always nice so I don’t have to do it. Her English was limited but she was nice and did a good job.
