"Very Dirty entrance, there’s no staff this is not a hotel it’s a boarding house. Could not even spend one night heard noises in the middle of the night.had to leave to an actual hotel Round house and pay more money. Not safe for a woman alone! I was traveling by my self.A fool refund is appropriate. Tried to call the owner multiple times no response… I don’t recommend this place."

"We had a great stay at the Brinckerhoff Inn. The property is beautiful and it was obvious how much work went into the restoration. The decor was very "Presidential" and definitely felt like you were back in the 18th Century. My husband and I had a lovely stay. The en suite bathroom was spacious and Molton brown amenities added a nice touch. We even snuck in a few games of pool in the downstairs game room. "I get to the hotel and no one is at the desk. They left a note to call Michele. She states the hotel was understaffed. She gave me my room code by phone. Later the rep at the desk showed up and gave me my key card to the room. The room was smelling like cigarettes. I wouldn’t pick this hotel again."
