Located next to a water reserve, enjoy scenic river & bush walks, swimming, fishing, boating, SUP & kayaking, all from the safe & fully fenced backyard. Firepit area, a great way to relax after a day of exploring. Boat ramp & pontoon are within 300 metres, for access to Lake Conjola. There's also a half court BASKETBALL & PICKLE BALL court in the park nearby. Wake to the birdsong and see fish jumping in the river while relaxing with a cuppa on the northeast sunny big balcony. 2 Kayaks & a surfski are free to use with life jackets provided for 3 adults + 1 child. Fishermans Paradise is a small village next to Lake Conjola & Conjola Creek. Just 2 klms off the Princes Highway and 10 mins drive from Lake Conjola town, historic Milton & beaches at Bendalong, Manyana, Mollymook, & Narrawallee. Travel a little further south along the Highway to enjoy & explore the harbour town of Ulludulla & popular Burill Lake. Lovely view of the river from the deck, great to use the kayaks to say hello to the ducks, and such a great kitchen to cook in. Huge plus to be so close to all the Jervis Bay, Ulladulla and Mollymook beaches, as well as lovely Milton which has some great places to eat (highly recommend Pilgrims vegetarian cafe).
