This check in was a disaster. Never got into our room. Couldn’t get in touch with anyone to help with check in and was left out in the cold late at night with my family. Had to book another hotel and eat $500 (yes…$500 for one night) because it was so confusing and no live person to help me. Only staffed from 3pm-7pm on Saturday. Terrible. For this price, someone should be available for assistance. Never received a response from the property after the request for help and it has been 2 days. However, they collected the money immediately. Stay away.
