Actually friendly, polite, helpful staff. The early baggage drop-off was a selling point, but when we arrived and were offered early check-in (before check-out deadline even!) was game changing for our day! Hands down the best hotel experience I've had, anywhere. It's a great neighborhood, lots to do nearby. (Highly recommend the brunch next door at the BB.)

First of all the pictures from the hotel posted online ate NOT actual. Those pictures either are edited or very old. For what I paid for this hotel I expected more than old furniture, rundown towels, and old fabric curtains and the rugs are so old they are fading away. The stench of cigarette in the hallway to the room is nasty and the internet doesn't work in the third floor. When I requested help for this the answer was this is an old building so there is nothing we can do about it!!! I was livid after having booked a room for 3 nights for over 1k!!!!
