  • Timberhaven Cabin is a luxury Bear Lake retreat designed for reunions, retreats, and large family getaways. With spacious gathering areas, private bedrooms, bunk rooms, a theater, game spaces, library, oversized kitchen, and beautiful lake views, there is room for everyone to spread out and still be together. Enjoy The Reserve’s resort-style amenities and easy access to Bear Lake for a memorable group stay.
    1. Quiet Hours

    Time: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM

    Guideline: Please keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours to respect our neighbors.


    2. No Smoking

    Guideline: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and within the community common areas.


    3. Parking

    Guideline: Park only in designated areas: inside the garage, front driveway, or back driveway. Do not block neighboring driveways or park on the streets overnight.


    4. Trash Disposal

    Guideline: Dispose of all trash in the designated bins located at the clubhouse. Ensure trash is properly bagged and the bins are securely closed.


    5. Use of Common Areas and Amenities

    Guideline:

Our family had a great time during our stay here. Very spacious and very family friendly. Our host was great and responsive to any questions we had. And only about a 5-10 minute drive to North Beach where we spent most our days at. Would definitely recommend.

What an incredible find this was! We had a family reunion here with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen and all the seating is to die for. Plenty of food storage space in 2 fridge/freezers, 2.5 ovens and 2 dishwashers and 2 washer/dryers. Not to mention the spa like bathrooms. We had a great time here and what sets it apart from others I was viewing were all the community amenities like the private beach access, two pools, the hot tub, and the playground and sports courts. We really had a great time and this place was nice new with luxury fittings! Would recommend

This place not only has beautiful views, but the space was perfect for my family. Plenty of room for all of our activities with out feeling we were crowded. The house itself is amazing! Definitely would stay here again
