About this property

The Loft at the Reserve

  • Welcome to Bear Lake! The Loft is the perfect destination to create lifelong memories and have an unforgettable vacation. This three bedroom three bathroom cabin is conveniently located right off Highway 89 and has breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding mountains of Fish Haven Canyon. The property will accommodate 12 guests and has plenty of space to gather and sleep. The Loft is located inside the Reserve community, so you will have access to many amenities. The Reserve clubhouse includes two pools, a hot tub, gym facility, gameroom, as well as gathering space inside the clubhouse. Pickleball, tennis and basketball courts are also available for you to enjoy on a first come first serve basis. The Reserve owns a private beach for guests that is just a half mile south of the Reserve gate. Guests will have full access to the entire property except the garage area, which will remain locked for owner use only.

    Please note that the living space is located on the upper floor of the property and you will have to take two sets of stairs to get to the space.

The pictures don't do this place justice! It is much bigger than we expected. The host was super great at communicating instructions and getting back quickly. The private beach access was amazing! Parking was ample. Will definitely come back!

Amazing Bear Lake Stay!This place was even bigger than it looked online and had everything we needed for a awesome Bear Lake trip. The family room was so spacious, and the main gathering area had tons of room for everyone to hang out—whether in the kitchen, gathered at the bar or the big dining table.Having our own private pickleball court right at the house was definitely a highlight. It was awesome not having to share it with anyone else!Plus, staying at The Reserve is always incredible. You can’t beat the two pools, hot tub, clubhouse, private beach, and those unreal views. Such a great trip overall—we’d love to come back!
