"The room was clean, but very dated. The bathroom is small and the shower is weak. The staff are very knowledgeable and very unfriendly. The location is excellent, I imagine the view from the harbor side is nice. The management is terrible, they do not care about customer service at all, they will upcharge every chance they get. 30 a day for parking, 30 a day if you need a cot, no refunds or discounts if your room is not what you need or for early checkout. "

"Breakfast was good and reasonable. Our bathroom closet and sink were partially clogged making drainage very slow and gross. We were delayed for breakfast as it took time to get ready in the morning because of this. Rest of the facility and room were good but the basic amenity was grossing us out. "

We stayed for three weeks and set up weekly cleanings which worked out great. The location is super close to the main rd leading to Victoria which made our commute to our destination quicker and easier. "
