"We booked this property expecting an "entire home," as advertised, but found out it was actually a duplex with the owners living next door. Check-in was another issue; the instructions didn’t arrive until over 4.5 hours after the stated time, which was frustrating after a long day of travel.One of the key reasons we chose this place was the beach access, but upon arrival, we discovered the boardwalk to the beach was closed for construction. This wasn’t mentioned in the listing, and it was a major letdown. The parking was also problematic; the designated space wasn’t big enough for our full-size truck, and we had to park with part of it sticking into the road.Additionally, the listing didn’t mention that the property was three stories tall, with bedrooms spread out across the second and third floors. The cleanliness was lacking as well—dusty floors and hair in the sheets were not acceptable for the price.Overall, this property didn’t live up to expectations. It was frustrating to deal with the privacy issues, parking problems, and lack of beach access. The cleaning could also have been better. I wouldn’t recommend this property unless these issues are addressed."
