"We had an incredible stay at this beautiful hotel! For our 25th anniversary, they surprised us with an upgrade from the standard Contessina Hotel to Contessina Suites and Spa and gave us a room with our own private pool, it was absolutely amazing. They also welcomed us with a bottle of wine and provided several great discounts throughout the hotel. The included breakfast was a highlight, with fresh-squeezed juices and a delicious spread I looked forward to every morning. But the best part? The staff who were all friendly, helpful, and genuinely courteous. Don’t even hesitate — stay here. Highly recommended!"

"Every staff at this hotel is friendly and helpful especially the receptionists that made our holiday enjoyable and pleasant. "Excellent hotel, staff and breakfast. Room cleaned twice a day unless you asked them not to. Relaxed atmosphere despite the hotel's rating. Excellent spa, cave pool (both free to guests) and massage services (for a fee although some days we received a free 10 minute shoulder massage by the pool). Excellent quality and variety of food. Gym equipment in both hotels was a bit worse for wear but a small issue compared to all of the positives."
