This new cottage with two main-floor bedrooms and one loft bedroom accommodates eight guests, and has all the comfort of a home. The space \- This is a quiet lot on a one-way street with vacant land on the left of the house. \- You will have three covered parking: two in the garage + one carport. \- One with EV level 2 charger. Please mind the garage gate, it’s a little narrow. \- We do our best to be eco-friendly and sustainable to provide a pleasant experience for you. About this space: The cottage is newly listed.
