Die Wohnung ist sehr kalt und wird trotz bollernder Heizungen nicht richtig warm.Die Heizungsanlage brummt in Intervallen die ganze Zeit, auch nachts, sehr laut.Der Internetempfang war gestört, sodass man schlecht TV ( streaming) gucken konnte. "Die Zimmer waren soweit ok. Es waren zwei Fernseher vorhanden, doch keiner funktionierte.Beide Kopfkissen waren völlig auf, keine Festigkeit nur noch loser Inhalt. Die Zudecken waren extrem dünn und leider keine weiteren Decken vorhanden. Die Lage zum Heidepark ist gut, man kann ihn fußläufig erreichen."

"Reception desk is never staffed. When you get there, you are supposed to call a number, and then they will text you back. Room keys are in an unlocked box. If someone grabs your key, oh well. There is 1-2 staff there in the mornings to run the breakfast and clean rooms. If something goes wrong, and it is after hours, the person that texts back will tell you it is too late, and then tells you to cancel the booking. If you ask them to handle it, they will simply stop responding. We came back to the room about 11pm and found ants going crazy on the floor. Yup, we got swiftly ignored. We were promised "someone" will take care of it in the morning, but when we talked to the staff at breakfast, it was obvious that nothing had been communicated to them. That said, the staff was very helpful, and took care of things. It is quite apparent that the "boss" runs everything remotely and is not in the least bit interested in serving their customers. The breakfast was ok the first day, but then they started to run out of things and never replenished. For example, yogurt was gone after day 2. The rooms are poorly organized. Aside from the ants, the outlet by the bedside was Also, the grounds are totally overgrown."
