The apartment has a bedroom with two double beds, providing a comfortable and versatile space for up to 4 people. The American kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a fridge, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker and a wide variety of kitchen utensils, allowing you to prepare delicious meals during your stay.   
  
A highlighted aspect is the private covered parking within the same building, which facilitates access and security for your vehicle. The 8m² terrace will allow you to enjoy moments of relaxation outdoors with pleasant views. Additionally, the apartment has air conditioning in the living room, WiFi, television, and heat pump heating to ensure your comfort in any season of the year.   
  
The area is perfect for families, with supermarkets 500 metres away, multiple nearby beaches and a peaceful atmosphere by the sea. The airport is located just 55 km away, facilitating your arrival. Please note that pets and groups of young people are not allowed.

The American kitchen, with induction, is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.   
  
\- The key handover and check-in takes place in our office located at Europa Avenue 25 in Benidorm, local 1, commercial name FINCAS ARENA.
