331 Acres of Comfort & Rest, ❤ of the Bluegrass- 12 mins from ARK w/Hot Tub
This unquie convenient Farm Stay is centrally located in the ‘Golden Triangle’ between Louisville, Lexington, and Cincinnati. The Lodge is located on a private 331 acre family operational beef cattle farm.
A stay at Riley Farms will not only provide you exposure to an operational cattle farm, but also gives you a convenient experience to be with mother nature, where our wide-open spaces are filled with plenty of sights of wildlife, birds, rabbits, turkey, deer and more. The Lodge is nestled in between Kentucky's gently rolling hills and provides a simple escape to nature's paradise.
We welcome you to take walks or a jog (if you happen to be a runner) down our gravel lane, where you can take in views of cattle and calves grazing in the fields, and likely a picture prefect sun rise or sunset. The Lodge has a fully stocked kitchen to enjoy on site cooked meals. The back/side yard easily allows you to enjoy a game of wiffle ball, soccer or other yard games. You may want to spend your evenings around the firepit roasting a hotdog or marshmallows or just relaxing in your lawn chair outdoors in the countryside. Should it be winter, we encourage you travel to KY with 4-wheel drive due to possible snow and icy conditions at times.
The Lodge contains 3 private bedrooms (two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and one room with 2 full beds), as well as 2 sofa pull-out couches that can each sleep 2 and single roll-away bed. The Lodge can comfortably sleep 13, with 2 full bathrooms and onsite washer and dryer. Along with a large open living room and kitchen, and with stocked Coffee/Tea area. The large customize built kitchen island is the focal point of the Lodge and provides a great space for conversation over meals you can prepare on site. You may also choose to soak in our 5 person jet hot tub, open all year around.
This stay provides you a comfortable place to rest while traveling to any of our common attractions, but uniquely this Farm Stay could also be the ‘trip’ you’re looking for, as there is much to experience here on site without ever leaving. You are sure to rest and relax here as other guest have loved the seclusion of The Lodge. Many have commented on the peacefulness of sitting under the covered porch and we are thankful to share our farm life with others.
For your full farm experience, for those that may be interested, pending availability we also offer Farm Fresh Beef & eggs available for purchase. From our pasture to your plate, our Beef is solely bred, born, grass fed and pastured raised at Riley Farms, USDA inspected. More details provided upon request.
Conveniently located within 8 miles from I-75 interstate and The Ark Encounter (12 min or so drive) and historic downtown Williamstown (shopping and dining). 25 minutes from KY Horse Park, Big Bone State Park and more.
Host is happy to share more details on local seasonal attractions, dining and shopping.

It was close to the ark encounter and perfect for our 3 families to stay. We had lots of kids and they enjoyed playing outside and having a big cousin sleepover in the living room. This is a great location if you want to unwind and be close to the ark.
We loved our weekend here. Nice quiet setting and lots of room for the kids to run around. Loved relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying the beautiful scenery. Thank you!
We loved staying here so much. It was a beautiful house and beautiful land. The stars at night were so beautiful and the kids say it was the best vacation ever. We will defiantly be back! The house was clean and exactly as listed.
We had a fabulous stay at the Lodge on Riley Farm. The Lodge is spacious, very clean, family friendly and comfortable. It was the perfect spot to relax with a coffee on the porch or at the campfire and day trip to Lexington and even Louisville. We loved it so much that we are planning next year's stay which will include a trip to the Ark. Thanks again!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Riley Farms as we made a visit to the Ark Encounter. The property is beautiful inside and out and was such a great place to cook meals for our family group of 11. My kids loved the hot tub! Highly recommend the fresh eggs and ground beef from the farm! Very unique property!
Our early anniversary trip with friends to visit the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. Within 15 minutes from the Ark.
This was the perfect resting place for us. Quiet Peaceful Restful farm setting. Great accommodations inside and out! Spectacular views in the morning and evening
Highly recommended and already planning a return with the children an grandkids
The house is exactly as advertised and a fun and inviting place to stay. Very close to Ark Encounter. Great place to relax and not go anywhere. Plenty of room to enjoy with a family or friend group. Owners are great and attentive to your needs when contacted. You won’t be disappointed.
Lodge came with nice amenities and accoutrements. The views are spectacular. What a beautiful setting and private area. Host was very accommodating. Nice roomy living space. Mattresses were a bit uncomfortable but bedrooms were nice and easy access to bathrooms. We would definitely stay there again.
Riley Farms is a wonderful, spacious lodge for a family with small children. The kids had room to run outside without concern of traffic or danger. An awesome kitchen and a place to sit and watch amazing sunrises. Thank you to the Riley Family.

It was the perfect place to have a family reunion of 12. The kids loved the hot tub (spectacular view of treed hills and valley) . And the outdoor game. Private. The lodge was commodious and pleasant. Lovely and peaceful.
Stayed here with my family to visit the Ark Encounter. Not even 15 minutes from the Ark and Williamstown. The house was very clean and well kept and had an awesome vibe to it. Hot tub was great! The host was very responsive to messages and accommodating, setting out a high chair for us in advance of our arrival. We even bought frozen beef from her family. We would definitely stay here again should we visit the Ark again! Overall it was a great experience staying at Riley Farms!
Very clean, quiet, relaxing environment. Well equipped kitchen for on sight cooking. This place easily accommodated our 8-person family. The porch is a wonderful place to watch the sunrise in the morning. Jacqalynn is an excellent hostess and very response with communication.
This was our second time staying at the Lodge at Riley Farms. We had another fabulous holiday in KY! The Lodge is spacious, clean, well furnished and comfortable. Walking down the lane or sitting on the covered porch in the evenings to unwind after a day at the Ark Encounter or shopping was just what our family needed. We hope to be back again!!! This home is just perfect for a group wanting to visit with each other. Many home have multiple bedrooms, but limited seating. This home has a large sectional and an additional love seat which allowed us to visit in comfort. The views from the house are stunning! The layout is just about perfect with a Jack & Jill bath, as well as a full bath accessible to the living area. If you’re going to The Ark Encounter, this home is the perfect place to stay!
We loved the setting of this spectacular farm house. Views were gorgeous watching the sun rise and set. One level made it easy for my Momma with her walker. We ended up staying an extra night just to enjoy the peacefulness of the valley. The house is stocked with everything you need. Our kids enjoyed playing corn hole, the hot tub and a nice cozy fire. The Host was wonderful! My youngest daughter wants to move now, but only if we can live on the farm.
