They did not honor the reservation. They are overbooked and said it’s Expedia’s fault. I called you to report it and was cutoff when you put me on hold. Even after I confirmed my number. You never called back and I am requesting a refund immediately.

Bargain in delta for $100
High price but considering 5000 employees at near by power plant being built, it might have been a bargain !! Nice staff. Clean comfy room.

Surprised by staff and the obvious efforts to maintain the older building. The accommodations were small, but clean and comfortable. Price was favorable and we would definitely return when in the area.

I don't have any major complaints about this place. This is a no-frills clean two-story road budget comfortable "motel" favored by one or two nights passers-by that, with some basic maintenance work like fresh spackling and a little paint can be elevated to a great 3 budget hotel in a small city like Delta, that screams for competition. We needed to stay there. This was our second choice. The first one was the Days Inn, a block or so away. After staying in both, and traveling for ten days the beautiful Southern Utah, we decided to come back to this one so we can spend some time with our Delta City friends before driving back to Salt Lake City on our way to New York.

Moldy, dirty, and disgusting.
I have so many more pictures and videos of this disgusting place. The owner refused to give me my money back and I did NOT stay here. I left as soon as I found another hotel room. The owner owes me $336. I found hair, pubic hair, bugs, dirt, mold, more mold, water damage, and exposed drywall and holes in the walls and doors. This was the worst room I have ever seen in my life. I have reported them to the health department and I hope they are inspected and shut down.

Drunken guests kept me awake most of the night. I paid for my dogs, but then I got a call from the desk telling me to pay for my dogs when I was ready to go to bed. Hmm.

this was by far the worse place we have ever stayed in, not only was it dirty, including an inch of dirt and cobwebs and fingernail under the bed, there was black hair all over the shower, and we are blonde. the toilet didn't flush and there was mold on the ceiling and walls of the shower

It is an older property but the owners have done an excellent job of keeping it clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and work hard to make their place welcoming. I have been staying there for my regular visits to Delta for 10 years.

A 3 Star Hotel that does it WELL
When you are on US 50 (The Loneliest Hgwy in the country), you don't have a lot of options. This Delta, UT location is pure and simple a 3 star hotel. However, they do it well. It's clean, comfortable, free parking, block off the highway, free / simple breakfast. It served us well.

The property was comfortable. We scheduled three nights for the work we were there to do in the area. At the end of the first day, we had finished the work we had went there to do. We asked the manager that night if we could cancel the next two nights. We were told that the payment had been made to Expedia and we would have to get a refund for the next two nights from Expedia if we wanted to cancel.

The Sink
The sink didn't have the little knob to pull up that lets the water drain. I had to wedge a large bobby pin under the stopper after I pried it up to let the sink drain.

We had a king room, and we were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was. Not Marriott fancy, but the bed was comfortable and it had a nice big smart TV. The bathroom was clean. Nothing special but we were comfortable and will stay there again next time we’re in Delta.
