"A comfortable room, excellent food both at dinner and breakfast, and an interesting property with lots of history. The legend of Inez and Pedro gave it a unique twist, and the numerous pictures of them by many different artists were displayed throughout the hotel. We also walked through the gardens in the back. They are probably beautiful in the spring and summer, but being October there were just a few plants still in bloom. We enjoyed our stay very much!"

"We really loved the room decor tastefully decorated as Knights of the Templar. The hotel was beautifully situated at the bottom of the castle and convent on top and the edge of the small village below. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was plentiful. A wonderful experience all around."

"Location was excellent. Walking distance to many tourist attractions and places to eat. The staff in the Reception were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was good, there was a selection of cold and cooked breakfast provided. The room was standard, clean and the mattress was comfortable. The hot water in the shower was difficult to regulate. Wi-Fi and internet speed were excellent. Overall we were happy with this old fashioned hotel which it a bit of history."
