### Gîte de Figarol - Vue sur les Pyrénées

The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 81 m² apartment with a swimming pool for rent Figarol, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. It comprises a lovely 34 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom, and a garden of approximately 4,100 m² with a beautiful view of the Pyrenees.  
  
The accommodation is laid out as follows:  
\- A 34 m² living room with TV, sofas, and dining area  
\- An open-plan kitchen equipped with an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, and more  
\- Bedroom 1: 1 king-size bed (180×200)  
\- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds  
\- A bathroom with bathtub  
\- A separate toilet  
  
For even more comfort, sheets and towels are included. You will also have access to a washing machine, barbecue, fan, high chair, crib, ironing board, and iron.  
  
Outside:  
\- A swimming pool (shared, unheated), open from June to September  
\- A beautiful 4,100 m² garden, fully enclosed, shared with the owners  
\- A 25 m² covered terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days  
  
The apartment is ideally located in Figarol, in a quiet and pleasant environment. The nearest shops are a few kilometers away.  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.  
For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:  
\- Nearest train station: Boussens, 20 minutes away by car.  
\- Nearest airport: Toulouse, 55 minutes away by car.  
  
Activities:   
\- The Mourtis resort is 45 minutes away by car.  
\- Montespan Castle is 5 minutes away by car.

\- Sheets and towels included  
\- Pets accepted, subject to a supplement of €15/stay, one pet only (cat or dog). Please specify when booking.  
\- The owners also live on site, and their Pyrenean Shepherd dog is there to guard the premises.  
\- Children must be supervised by a parent when swimming. Opening dates are not contractual and are subject to favorable weather conditions.  
\- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. We kindly ask you to leave it in a clean condition and to clean the appliances after use.  
\- Any request to arrive or depart outside the indicated times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
