"Did not receive the room type that was in the reservation. When I went back to the front desk I was told there was nothing they could do except leave a note for a manager. Nothing was communicated to me about this at checkout either. "

"The staff is very friendly and very cooperative, the price was right at $101 with a continental breakfast for two. There are a few things that could be improved at a little or no cost in room #312: 1. The table molding should be glued in 2. The only chair in the room was rather rickety 3. One bedsheet had a rather shredded edge 4. The was only one large towel and two small ones for two guests 5. No shampoo or hair dryer in the room 6. The rod for the shower curtain needs to be better fixed to the wall - it bends down, the curtain gathers in the center and shower water runs on the floor 7. I was unable to open the stuck window to get fresh air 8. The lights cannot be dimmed"
