"Arrivés sur place avec ma famille après plusieurs heures de route, on me surprend en me disant que la chambre que j'ai réservé n'était pas disponible et que je devrais chercher ailleurs. Aucun remboursement ne m'a été fait, et un manque de professionalisme flagrant de leur part. Faites attention c'est des vrais arnaqueurs!!!"

"Der Hostel Manager hat uns leider bei unserer Ankunft verkündet, dass er Gäste von Expedia mehr annimmt da Expedia kein Geld an ihn weiter zahlt. wir müssten uns dann mühsam eine neue Unterkunft suchen (er hatte angeblich keine Zimmer mehr frei) und jetzt muss ich mich im Urlaub darum kümmern, dass ich von Expedia mein Geld zurück bekomme."

"It was one of the best place I've visited in Morocco. The room was nicely furnished, and shower room and toilet were clean. Especially, the arabic style interior in the reception room was amazing.
