The staff was warm, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel has a chapel inside (it was a monastery) and that was an added treat. The main churches were easily accessible. I cannot imagine staying at a more beautiful place in Assisi than this hotel!"

The hotel location is super convenient, right next to the bus stop and elevators."

"This was a lovely hotel. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The woman at the desk showed us a map and pointed out how to get to all of the sites we wanted to see, including where to get the bus back to the train station. The breakfast the next morning was also lovely, with freshly made tea/coffee and a large assortment of options including eggs and bacon. Easy walk to St. Francis basilica. They also let us leave our bags there after checkout so that we didn't have to lug them around with us for the rest of our visit."
