Relax in the beautiful garden with a pool and BBQ. Features a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms with baths (1 en-suite), and 3 bedrooms (2 with A/C). Cot and high chair included; extra sets 5€/night. Towels and bed linen included. Kitchen and bathroom basics not provided. We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay. We recommend the excursion to the Barranc d\`Algendar. The Barranc d\`Algendar is the largest and most important ravine in Minorca and runs from Ferrerias to the beach of Cala Galdana. This ravine has spectacular vertical walls, which in some points of the ravine are more than 80 metres high. The peculiarity of this ravine is the presence of water all year round, including the summer season. In fact, the whole ravine has been formed thanks to the erosion of the river of water that runs along the bottom. Wonderful weather and a good central base to explore from. The villa offers plenty of space (we were only a group of 4), for larger groups to spread out and not be tripping over each other. The garden and pool are a fantastic asset and plenty big enough. The villa is situated centrally so in easy reach of all corners of the island, however is remote from shops and restaurants therefore a car is a most. On the whole cannot fault the villa, some of the furnishings etc. were basic but useable, we did have some issues/concerns regarding cleanness in a few areas, we choose to deal with these ourselves/not raise them until the end of holiday, but are confident they would of been dealt with by the Villa team had we raised them. On the whole would recommend for large groups wanting central but remote/quiet location. ##### Gary S.
