"The staff is great and the location is perfect. Our only issue was trying to get close enough to the door to unload all of our luggage on the first night because it was after 9 PM. Just know that if you get in late you will have to carry your luggage upstairs or a cobblestone ramp. But otherwise everything was great!"

"Lovely breakfast. Large clean room. However the room discription on expedia that I booked for upgrade does not exist so dont waste money on upgrade ( extra $100). Young man working in hotel lobby was delightful and very friendly. "

"Was in great location. Note if you plan on using Uber they cannot get you all the way to the hotel you are better off with taxi. Staff always seemed too busy for questions, need a designated concierge or something. Room was very small with few amenities for a 4 star. Bathroom had nowhere to put anything except on the floor, and the whole room had little lighting or places to put anything. Was also not quietest hotel i have been. You could hear all the noise from the hallways."
