"Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt. Sabrina war eine wundervolle Gastgeberin und hat uns bereits vor unserer Anreise sehr freundlich unterstützt. Dank des kurzen Kontakts im Vorfeld konnten wir unser Auto früher auf dem Parkplatz abstellen und sogar das Zimmer bereits vor der regulären Check-in-Zeit beziehen – das war ein toller Service. "This is such a lovely spot. The location is convenient to food and attractions and the manager is incredibly nice and helpful. Comfortable bed, hot shower, nice garden though it stormed when I was there so I didn’t really use it. Would definitely visit Ferrara and stay at this locanda again."

"I really enjoyed my stay at downtown ! The room was very spacious and bright . The room was very clean with lots of amenities, including tv, kettle and microwave . Breakfast , coffe and tea refilled every morning . The host , Marco has been amazing, friendly and always available . I really recommend Downtown Ferrara !"

"Uniche due note negative: prima accoglienza in un ufficio sporchissimo, una pessima prima impressione e esterno incurato, anche qui abbastanza in disordine. Inoltre SPA non disponibile. Il resto invece positivo: belle le camere, spaziose e moderne, pulite e con tutti i comfort. Ottima anche la colazione, abbondante e con cibi freschi. Molto gentili e disponibili le proprietarie."

Nel 2025, non mi aspettavo certo di trovare una sistemazione con un letto in quelle condizioni, pieno di affossamenti e scomodo al punto da rovinare il soggiorno. Sinceramente, è inaccettabile offrire un simile livello di qualità ai propri ospiti. Peccato, perché sarebbe bastato poco per rendere l’esperienza migliore. "
