"Not my first time staying here, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve had at this place. The room was dirty, dirt coated the floor, stains on the floorboards, holes in the wall, black marks on the wall, the curtains looked like they were burned and like someone wiped grease off their hands on them, and lastly the door was gaped from the doorframe making it look like it wasn’t closed completely. The parking lot is also pretty small and the asphalt is broken up all over."

"Probably isolated incident but closing our door took a lot of effort. I think the hinges were bent. Front desk knew about it but we dealt with it all week"

"This was ok my mattress need to be replaced and the location was quite a distance from Reno it’s located by the Tesla factory so if you’re going to Reno, this is not the place for you."

"The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, highway noise was minimal (except when someone would use the on-ramp as their personal drag strip) and breakfast was good. Only problem was the TV didn’t work, maybe a broken outlet as the lamp plugged into the same one also didn’t work. Didn’t bother calling the desk as we were settled in after a long day driving and didn’t want bother changing rooms or having someone in our room. "

"Room was small but clean. Window was cracked and could hear street noise. Had to reboot the tv several times before it was usable. Breakfast was just okay."

"No refrigerator No ice machine NO coffee pot One hanger Morning coffee $3.25 for a small cup at the bar/restarant Because of that we did not eat at the restaurant! Very clean but no Virginia City ambiance. Checked out & stayed elsewhere for 3 nights. Also they replaced the grass outside with artificial turf! Result-no horses came up for a snack. "

"I was there 2 weeks and they cleaned my room once. I had to ask them to clean it. I needed towels and trash emptied. Didn't think I needed to ask. I never had the do not disturb sign on the door hoping they would come clean but never did."

"Stayed one night. Got good sleep. Bed was comfortable, sheets and bathroom were clean. Had big enough parking for our vehicle and trailer. Guy at the front desk was very nice 👍"

"They don’t clean your room every day. Which sucks when you need sheets changed or floor vacuumed ect. Other than that it’s very nice "
