Located on the mountain in Fernie Alpine Resort, there are recreational activities to enjoy in all seasons on the door step including skiing, mountain biking, hiking and the Aerial Park and Zipline! Our condo is in the Stone Creek development, at the end of a quiet cul de sac a short distance from the ski lifts and resort amenities. Walk 420m from the parking lot to the Elk Chair and ski back to Stone Creek at the end of the day (as shown in the property photos). Walk through your own front door on the first floor and relax in front of the fire or in the hot tub on the deck which overlooks a forest to the rear of the property. The condo features a fully equipped kitchen, but a night out in downtown Fernie is a 10 minute drive away, with tons of great restaurants and bars to choose from. The main bedroom features a new king-size bed and ensuite with bath and shower. The second bedroom features a bunk-bed, double on the bottom and single top bunk, with a trundle added below. The open plan kitchen, dining and living area is perfect for socializing and leads to the deck with BBQ at the rear of the property. The property is a great quiet place to hang out, unplug, and get outdoors.
