Up in the loft, guests can enjoy an additional queen-sized bed, perfect for little ones to share! They’ll feel as if they’re sleeping in a treehouse for the night. You’ll also find two fully-stocked baths available, including tubs for a long soak. LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN The living room features a stone fireplace, perfect for cozying up in front of with a good book. In addition, the kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for basic cooking, including coffee brewer, kettle and toaster. There is also a large island available to be used as a workspace or for dining. AMENITIES In the unit, step out onto the spacious patio to enjoy the use of a BBQ, or lounge on the patio set while taking in the view! Guests have access to the entire condo and all of the building amenities, such as the indoor pool, sauna, steam room, gym and outdoor hot tub! PLEASE BE ADVISED: The hot tub, pool, sauna, steam room and gym are all subject to closures at any time due to various circumstances. There is free underground (1 parking spot per unit) and outside parking available. Guests can also find a personal ski/snowboard locker for storage in the underground parkade. Important Notice!!! The pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room area is currently under construction and is expected to be completed by the Spring of 2026\. Construction crews will be working Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and construction noise is expected during these hours. This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to CA$1000 for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs. The second bedroom was beside the a/c unit, which kept our friends awake. Couldn't open the window to cool the room off as the train and highway traffic was just as noisy. The suite was clean and well stocked with thoughtful amenities (clean up rags, fans in every room, A/C, Netflix etc.). Would definitely stay here again ##### Andrew H.
