The room is equipped with a fridge, microwave, TV and Wifi for your convenience. There is also a little dinette area if you prefer to enjoy a quick meal, or sip on a delicious cup of coffee. AMENITIES Right outside, you’ll find a small patio where you can enjoy a cold craft beer as you watch the sunset over Mount Fernie. There is free parking available on the premises, as well as free street parking. Please note, there is strictly no cooking within lock-off units, except for within the microwave provided: this is a heavily enforced strata rule. They forbid the use of hot plates, portable cooking stoves, or any cooking-related appliance with the exception of microwaves provided. Additionally, any sink blockages related to food waste are chargeable to the guest. This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to CA$1000 for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs. The carpets could use a steam cleaning and we wished there was a kettle in the room for tea and coffee. A few extra garbage and recycle bags would have been helpful too. My confirmation email got lost in my junk folder so I did have to dig for our check in info and address so I did have to follow up and I would have preferred getting the address sooner than later personally.
