Communication with the rental company was prompt and helpful, check in was easy, and the condo itself was perfection. It’s close to town and ski hill. It was clean, it has every dish and utensil you may need, they even have a frosted mug ready for you in the freezer when you get there! The amenities are excellent and not crowded at all. All in all we enjoyed our stay, great location & great condo. The first morning we discovered the lid on the coffee pot/maker was broken so coffee overflowed onto counter…I sent a message letting the condo people know and they gave us a new one that day (thanks you for the quick response). It was quite hot during our stay and the air conditioning started to freeze up…again very quick response from condo people. The reason for 4 stars is that we decided to leave a day early due to air conditioning continuing to freeze up… to my surprise, we were issued a refund for the one night (Thanks Diana) greatly appreciated.
