Bedroom & Bathroom The bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed, ample closet space, and a dresser. The full bathroom features a tub/shower combination, fluffy towels, locally made soaps, and a hair dryer, providing everything you need for a relaxing stay. Building Amenities Guests have access to an indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, and gym. Heated underground parking includes a ski locker, ideal for storing your winter gear or outdoor equipment. Location Perfectly situated for Fernie adventures, with Fernie Alpine Resort just minutes away and the city center nearby for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Important Notice!!! The pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room area is currently under construction and is expected to be completed by the Spring of 2026\. Construction crews will be working Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and construction noise is expected during these hours. This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to CA$1000 for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs.
