A perfect property for those who want a bit more privacy and still enjoy everything under one roof. This 4/2 bedroom split unit each has their own private hot tub and BBQ on both decks. Amenities include 2 kitchens, a family room with a table hockey game, A/C and so much more. A 2 minute drive will get you right to the lifts at Fernie Alpine Resort. and Ski In on a nearby trail which is a 5 minute walk back. All properties are equipped with decibel monitoring software. Our neighbours would appreciate you respecting our zero-tolerance policy to noise complaints and the quiet time rules being respected. Due to the new regulations at the resort, capacity cannot exceed 13 total guests or fines will occur. It was spotless and well equipped. It took less than 10 minutes to get to Fernie’s shopping and restaurant area.
