Beautiful balcony! This is a second floor walk-up condo (outside staircase) with two stories and 3 bedrooms that fit our family of 4 perfectly. The balcony is gorgeous. It overlooks a green space and the Elk River. People fly fish immediately out front. In the summer there is a bit of noise from the highway, but it quiets down overnight. Biking into town involves a somewhat sketchy unmarked crossing of the highway, but the town is currently working on a project to improve bike access to this neighbourhood. Once that is done, it'll be a piece of cake. Driving access and parking are super easy. ##### Damian P.
