I get there and 1 out of 3 elevators are working. I took forever to get up or down to my floor that was the top floor. To my surprise when I wake up the next morning there is no power and no elevators? 16 floors I had to carry my luggage down to catch a flight. Poor maintenance and no generator power?

The parking is poor, and the location isn't great either. We found out the room wasn't the one we booked, so we accepted another room with one bed, and there was no price reduction as we originally booked a double bedroom one. That was a very weird situation and not acceptable at all.
