  • This property is a 2 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens. It includes a newly renovated bunkhouse that has two additional beds for sleeping quarters. The house is fully furnished with central air, electric fireplace, cable television, WiFi, laundry, two gas grills and two patios .

    Also included are kayaks, paddle boat, paddle boards, tubes, and a private dock with 75' of sandy shoreline.

    The lake house is located 750' away from the Otter Tail River, which allows for tubing and relaxing at the river sand bar. The public access is locate 800' feet away which allows for easy boating access with 14,000 acres of play land. Otter Tail Lake is Minnesota's 10th largest lake

    Otter Tail Lake is well known for its outstanding walleye fishing and water clarity.

    This home is within 10 miles of 3 challenging golf courses, 5 miles from Glendalough State Park which has a 13 mile biking trail. It is also just a short 5 mile trip into Battle Lake, which has a variety of eating establishments and unique stores. Enjoy a beautiful walk/run or bike ride around the lake.

    Zorbaz, a pizza and Mexican restaurant and bar is within walking distance. Beach Bums dining and bar is also within walking distance. A convenience store is just a short walk away.

    There is also a pontoon that can be rented on a daily or weekly basis.
