Lower unit is its own separate apartment with own key. This sleeps 4 also. Full kitchen and brand NEW sofa sleeper.
Horses may be on the property as we double as a hotel for horses! We have a huge multi level deck for you to enjoy. This home is very peaceful and safe. We may or may not be staying separate in the barn apartment but you won’t run into us. We are away mostly but have neighbors and employees living around the estate that can help you if needed. Feel free to walk our 17 acres of land or canoe lake Opperman, As Your access is the whole west side of the lake. Bike and snowmobile trails very close. Our town has a new community pool and full of lakes with public access to Fish or Swim. We have a few cool restaurants and maple wood state park is not too far!
If you have a group of 8 looking for a place to stay with some separation this is a great place!
