One day, the air conditioner in our room ceased to function. The hotel staff was unable to repair it, and unfortunately, they did not provide us with an alternative room. Consequently, we spent an entire night without air conditioning, which was an unpleasant experience. Additionally, our reservation included a room with a bathtub in the toilet; however, we were assigned a room without it.

"It’s funny I traveled for 34 days internationally and it was at this hotel where I have my only communication problem with the one of the people at the front desk. It eventually worked itself out, and of course, the issues really may not being able to speak German. The other thing is, I didn’t realize ..."
