All good and nice but..... I think this must be the only hotel I ever visited which did not have tea/coffee making facilities in the room (kettle, a few teas and coffees). I find that to be essential if you want to have a cup of tea in the evening or a coffee in the morning if checking out really early. I think it may be on purpose to force you buying their expesive breakfast. This is the reason I score it as Okay as the room was fine and air-conditioning in hot weather really helped.

"The hotel is well situated across the street from the main entrance of the train station in Colmar. The reception area appeared good, the ladies were nice at reception. and breakfast was decent.
