The holiday home Cas Casai is located in Son Negre in the southeast of the island close to the towns of Felanitx and Cas Concos.

The home impresses guests with its mountain view, as well as the idyllic outdoor area.

The 2-storey holiday home consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.

Der Aufenthalt war super! Das Haus war sehr sauber. Der Pool ist super groß und nach hinten hin um die 2m tief. Der Vermieter ist super nett und trotz der sprachlichen Hürde war es trotzdem möglich sich zu verständigen. Der Vermieter war super nett und freundlich. Es gibt einen großen Unterstellplatz für mindestens 2 Autos und einen Grillplatz, den wir leider nicht genutzt haben. Aber es gibt genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wir haben oben auf dem Balkon sowie unten am Esstisch und draußen auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt.Campos und Santanyi waren mit dem Auto innerhalb 25min erreichbar. Da die Unterkunft sehr ländlich ist, ist es sehr ruhig. Perfekt zum entspannen.Wir waren zu 5 und hatten nie Probleme mit dem Wasser, es war immer Warmwasser vorhanden. Auch dadurch dass zwei Badezimmer vorhanden sind, gab es nie Probleme mit sich fertig machen.Kann ich von Herzen weiterempfehlen und würde ich auf jeden Fall nochmal besuchen!

Ein schönes Haus mit viel Potenzial, jedoch auch einigen Nachteilen.

Pros: Das Haus ist sehr schön und recht groß und liegt in einem weitläufigen, gepflegten Garten mit beeindruckenden Palmen, vielen Orangen- und Zitronenbäumen sowie einem großen, saftig grünen Rasen. Die himmlische Ruhe, die nur gelegentlich durch vorbeifahrende Autos gestört wird, und das vielfältige Vogelgezwitscher sowie der oft starke Wind waren besonders angenehm für uns (Eltern mit Baby). Zudem war die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin sehr positiv. Sie reagierte stets schnell und freundlich und bemühte sich, Lösungen zu finden. **Wichtiger Hinweis:** Das Haus ist Teil eines Bauernhofs. Dies wird in der Beschreibung nicht klar ersichtlich, da es dort wie ein freistehendes Haus wirkt. Direkt hinter dem Haus, getrennt nur durch einen kleinen Hof, befindet sich das Haus der Eltern der Vermieterin. Neben dem Haus gibt es einen großen Stall, in dem während unseres Aufenthalts nur zwei Esel und Schafe waren. Cons: Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt zu wünschen übrig. Es gibt keine Handtücher für den Pool oder den Strand. Auch Sonnenschirme sind nicht vorhanden. Die Schattenplätze nur durch alte Strohmatten, kaum Schutz bieten. Viele Flächen, (Essplatz, Außenküche)bestehen aus rauem Beton, was das Barfußlaufen unangenehm macht. Die Küche ist durchschnittlich ausgestattet. Der Gasherd hat nur eine starke Flamme. Während unseres Aufenthalts ging der alte Backofen kaputt, wurde jedoch innerhalb weniger Tage ersetzt. **Internet:** Obwohl in der Beschreibung zweimal angegeben, dass es ein gutes Wi-Fi gibt, das für Videokonferenzen geeignet ist, konnten wir dies nicht bestätigen. Das WLAN-Signal ist selbst in der Nähe des Routers sehr schwach. Nur 2,5- 3,5 Mb. Mobilfunk Netz auch sehr schwach. Immer wieder Verbindungsprobleme. ***Privatsphäre***Eltern der Vermieterin, wohnen hinter dem Haus. Sie sind zwar bemüht, aber es schränkt die Privatsphäre deutlich ein.
