This majestic villa offers 6 bedrooms, all en-suite, a fantastic private pool and it is immersed into a wonderful and well maintained Mediterranean garden and it can accommodate up to 12 people in the best comfort and luxury.

The outdoor offers an enormous private pool all equipped with sun beds and sun umbrellas, various sitting and dining areas all around the property as well as a lovely deck/patio, BBQ facilities and a breathtaking view over the surroundings and in the distance, even a glimpse of the Mallorcan sea.

Both the kitchen and the living room lead directly to the spacious terrace – nestled between fragrant lavender and citrus trees.

Rental Rules:
A refundable deposit of 3000 € will be required upon arrival, it will be returned at the time of departure less any charges in case of damages.
The minimum stay is 4 nights in low season. 7 nights
Check-in time is from 16:00; Checkout time is within 10:00.
For bookings of more than 10 overnight stays, a weekly cleaning service and change of linens is included in the price. This service will take place every 7 days, starting on the 8th day of stay.
