    Only about 150 meters to the Drau Reservoir, and only about 7 km to the next beautiful bathing lake, St. Johann (easily accessible by bike along the Drau dike). Numerous other lakes are also nearby.

    The house is fully equipped and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Upstairs, there are six beds distributed across three bedrooms, as well as a bathroom with a toilet and shower.

    Downstairs, you'll find a beautifully furnished living and dining room, a guest toilet, and Wi-Fi throughout the entire living area and garden. High-quality dishes and cutlery are also provided.
