Everything was great, staff very friendly and helpful. Loved the upstairs rooftop. Views were spectacular. Only thing that needs improving are the pillows. They were lumpy!

The front desk person Peter was incredible. Very accommodating, always smiling and interactive with us. When a timing mistake for transportation was made to get to the Rammstein concert Peter quickly solved the issue.
