Hotel was nice but not as nice as other Kimptons I have stayed at. Our room was an accessible room which definitely felt like a different hotel experience - not the same level of decor or quality.

There were only a few issues. The furniture and wallpaper need updating the lighting in the bathroom was not good. Bathtubs are out of date, and for older people, dangerous to navigate. The HVAC system let cold air in from the outside. Pros: very friendly staff. The restaurant served up very tasty food the bed was okay but felt a bit saggy and worn out.
