    This 40 m² ground-floor apartment is ideal for two guests. It features one bedroom, one bathroom, and an adjoining living room, kitchen, and dining area.



    Guests have access to a shared swimming pool set within a spacious garden of over 2,000 m². Shared barbecue facilities are available for preparing and enjoying delicious meals. Football goals, a children's playground, table tennis, and darts are also available. A baby cot can be provided on request.



    Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and on-site parking are available. Bicycle storage is also provided. Pets are welcome for an additional fee of EUR 10 per day.
