The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 1990, renovated in 2016, and furnished in the typical local style. The property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac in a residential area. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: sun umbrella, sun lounger, children's playground, garden shower, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture. Laundry room for shared use.

Fažana. The holiday apartment is located on a 1500 sqm enclosed property with flowers and shrubs. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. This type of apartment has a shared roof terrace, which guests share with a maximum of 6 people. Access is via a side street (paved). Parking on the property.
