The apartment is on the front of the house, with a west-facing terrace. There is a seating area on the terrace with a dining table and loungers. In the well-kept garden there is a pool, lounging and seating and a grill. The apartment is spacious and functional. It is located on a shared, fenced plot with another holiday home and the house has another apartment on the ground floor and first floor. The system can therefore be optimally booked for several friends of friends. The well-kept green garden and the pool area is shared by all guests. Sun loungers and seating are available. One bedroom has a double bed (180x200), the second bedroom has 2 single beds (90x200) and the sofa bed with slatted frame measures 180x200\. The bathroom has a shower, a vanity and a toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided. The apartment is fully air conditioned and has shutters. Equipment such as WIFI, coffee machine, stove with oven, extractor hood, toaster and hairdryer are a matter of course. A TV with cable connection is in the living room. There is a reserved parking space on the property with direct access to the terrace of the apartment. Supermarkets and various shops can be reached in a few minutes by car. Einrichtung und Ausstattung entsprechen einem sehr gutem Standard. Die Vermieter haben wir kurz kennengelernt, sie waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die gute Fee, die sonst regelmäßig vor Ort ist ebenso. Die Kommumikation mit ihr über Google-Translate war gut möglich, man wusste sich immer zu helfen. Pool war auch sehr gepflegt und wurde immer sauber gehalten. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Lage ist gut, mehrere Strände sind innerhalb weniger Minuten mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Pula mit seinen Amphitheater ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Plodine usw.) ebenso. ##### Michael A. Abreise vor angegebener Zeit (wegen Verkehr) mit Schlüssel Tresor überhaupt kein Problem. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, es ist alles da was man benötigt. Die Wohnung liegt ein bisschen abseits in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, Bäcker, kleiner Einkaufsladen und Restaurant sind fussläufig gut erreichbar.
