Nearly 4500 sf, 5 bedrooms featuring 2 rooms with king bed each, a guest room with queen bed, a room with single bed and a fun bunkbed play room. also dedicated office so guests can settle in comfortably. Four bathrooms complete with showers and one bathtub. A large living room with fire place and tv, and a beautiful sunroom, both with big glass windows looking over a beautiful private lake. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. Huge fully equipped kitchen with a 12 seats dining room. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or gathering for a BBQ meal outside by the lake (go fishing if desired), this awesome home on 18 acres of forest and a private lake, creates a unique atmosphere to remember forever. We hope you enjoy what our place and Fayetteville has to offer. Just a few minutes away from famous beautiful film production hub Trillith and World Cup games near location, 5 minutes away from famous Peachtree City, filled with first class restaurants and fashion stores, 20 minutes away from Atlanta GA international airport and city of Atlanta.
