La réservation a été validée et le montant débité de mon compte bancaire. J'ai tenté de joindre le propriétaire a plusieurs reprises pour nous coordonner sur la procédure d'arrivée, y compris le 9 août, jour où nous devions prendre possession du bien. Appels restés sans réponses. Une fois sur place, après un long trajet parsemé d'embouteillages, nous avons découvert la villa mais celle-ci n'était pas entretenue (jardin extérieur avec des feuilles et déchets partout, eau de la piscine toute verte avec moustiques à profusion, pas de clés pour accéder au logement, etc...). Bref, nous n'avons jamais pu bénéficier du logement, ce qui nous a mis dans une situation stressante, sans logement pour ma famille et moi.Nous contactons Abritel qui décide alors de nous compliquer la vie : aucun remboursement possible, aucune solution proposée. Nous devions trouver un logement (en haute saison et au dernier moment) et Abritel prendrait en charge une partie... Réponse scandaleuse qui m'invite aujourd'hui à ne plus jamais vouloir passer par cette plateforme. Entre la publicité télévisée et la réalité, il y a une énorme différence.
